We can not accept cancellations or returns on personalized or activated items nor digital downloads

In how much time will my order be delivered?

Shipping time depends on the method you select at checkout. We offer several different ways of shipping. Express shipping delivers your package in 2 - 8 days, depending on your country.

The other way of shipping is International Certified Mail. In Spain it normally arrives in about 2 - 6 days but the pandemic can cause delays of a few days

Outside of Spain your order will be delivered in 2 - 4 weeks, depending on your location. Standard shipping is sent by international certified mail.

We could all use some extra time. If your new and unworn item is not 100% satisfied, and not personalized or activated, you have 30 days from the original shipping date to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
